At SGNA, we want to work with you to manage your patients
neurological health. Working together as a team we can provide optimum
total health care for residents in south Georgia and north Florida.
We know information is vital to the health management process and
have taken steps to ensure you receive information as quickly as
possible. Our new computer system allows SGNA to electronically
fax physician notes to you within 24 hours of an office visit.
Physicians and other health care providers may refer a patient to
SGNA by calling (229)391-3390;
after hours our answering service will take a message and a staff member will contact you the following morning. You may also print out
our physician referral form and fax it to (229)391-3399.

Dr. Giatras is a cum laude graduate of Boston College and received
his medical degree from New York Medical College. He completed an
Internal Medicine internship at Rhode Island Hospital and his Neurology
residency at The Mount Sinai Medical Center in New York where he
also served as Chief Resident. Dr. Giatras completed a fellowship
in Clinical Neurophysiology at the State University of New York
at Stony Brook.
Dr. Giatras is a member of many professional organizations including
Medical Association of Georgia, Tift County Medical Society, Georgia
Neurological Society, American Academy of Neurology, American College
of Physicians, American Neurological Association, American Sleep
Disorders Association and the National Stroke Society.
